2. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through Trading Made Simple LLC are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscriptions, memberships, digital products, indicators, educational courses, and coaching services.
Because our services often include immediate access to proprietary tools, live instruction, coaching, and downloadable materials, we cannot and do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

You are responsible for verifying functionality with your broker/platform.
We are not responsible for execution delays, misfires, platform errors, or third-party outages.
Use automation in a paper trading environment before going live.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including video lessons, indicators, automation scripts, website content, and branding, are the exclusive intellectual property of Trading Made Simple LLC. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any part of our content without prior written permission.
Violations may result in immediate termination of your access and possible legal action.
6. Termination of Services
